More than I thought I would

butterflydreamingI seem to be using Live Journal more than I expected.
It was kind of a hard sell. I liked how much more user-friendly my earthlink blog was. But then I discovered this lovely thing called "delete journal entry". Ah, if only I'd had that option on Chrysalis Dreams! Well, I have the option of creating another earthlink blog, and I think that is where I'm going to start putting "Clow Stories". That will get the need for exhibitionism out of my system! That's what I'm going to work on today, I think. The URL will be up on my ff.net profile page when I know what it is (or if it works). I might just put all my fanfic inappropriate for ff.net in the Toadstool Circle if I can't use the Butterflydreaming address. Seems un-kosher somehow, though.
The first quick draft of "Clow Stories" Prologue is done, and I think I'll write more of the first chapter. I was re-reading Thorns & Petals to see if the tone matched after writing Ice and Crystal, and was surprized at how really insensitive I'd portrayed Clow, but it's right, just the way I want him shown. I adore Clow! I'm all excited now, thinking about writing him today!
On another note: I got such a nice review on "TC" this morning. {blissful sigh} I've decided not to be guilty about my fanfiction addiction. I'll write the original fiction when I feel like it, or when Jouet starts prodding me again. I've never thought of a character so egotistical before, really! She just has to be in both my fanfic and in Turning the Key, and she's so impatient.
I want to make all the chapters of "Misguided Angel" have lines or titles of Cowboy Junkies songs. It may be tricky... and really, I already have enough work cut out of me in that fic... but it will add some fun, and I'd love it if someone got it! Just like, "IS,HW" and the connection to the 1st chapter title for "TC". Looking for a kindred spirit, I guess.
