Oh! Oh! Cool!
First let me get this out of the way:
Don't send flowers on the day before Valentine's Day just because it's cheaper than on the 14th.
And now...
Highlight the area below to read it. ^_^
I saw this method used, just now, on one of my communities. (Will it work? Is it working?) The commentor wanted to hide spoiler information.
Maybe I'll start hiding secret messages in here for some of you... . Hee-hee.
And... good news! The car insurance money comes next week, and the number is much much bigger than I thought it would be! It has a comma! {sits on hands to avoid going on a spree}

Re: Re white-text:
that would include me
for whatever reason ("xxxx.html?style=mine")
it was like that when i got here? i don't recall ever setting things that way - it just sorta happened.
If their backgrounds are dark
mine isn't, but i'd still notice something
Re: Re white-text:
Under customizing (presentation, I think), there is the option to use the "old LJ comment style", and that would/should make the comment area white.
Re: Re white-text:
What I meant is that someone may well use the "?style=mine" trick, intentionally or otherwise, if they don't have "old LJ comment style" set. But again, that's a very small matter.
