tumblr in October

butterflydreamingOn tumblr, I'm usually butterflydrming, but I'll be moonmothnightmares through Halloween, because I saw a bandwagon, ran it down, and jumped on it.
And now it occurs to me that shadow_and_veil is Halloween-y.
There is a meme of resurrecting old memes, there, and change-your-url-to-something-Halloween-themed is one of them. This is my first October on tumblr. There is much love for Halloween, skeletons, and all things pumpkin on my "dashboard." I know it's an artificial feeling of camaraderie, but I still like it.
Halloween itself is on a Friday. My eldest sis and I have talked about having a tiny party so that we do *something* to celebrate. She lives in a neighborhood that gets some trick-or-treaters, so we can hand out candy.
