That was a history ago
ambiguous, unspoken
I've changed the tone of our story
gently
I hope
It's hard to read.

Taken apart, that was love
fluttering your favor at tournament
a fabled existence
I feel the torn out pages still
I love you now
not at all
It doesn't bear retelling.
