Date: 2008-12-31 02:18 am (UTC)Anyway. My answer's sort of complicated? Most of my friends irl now are people I met initially online. Because I'm a mildly different person online, I sort of think of myself by my username (a different one, actually) when I'm thinking about interactions with them and as my first name the rest of the time.
Depends? as I think of myself by two names, it depends whether I'm telling myself a story about myself interacting with my friends when referring to myself in my head by my first name... so both first and third person.
...
This is actually a conscious split, something I enforced mentally.
