So sleepy all day, I had a glazed-over look. Must have fit in, no one bothered me -- not more than usual -- anyway, that's why I keep a book with me at all times now. Yeah, it struck me as quiet on the street, but the buses were still SRO at peak. I guess it just goes to show that if you do something dull for long enough, you could die at work and not notice.
The blocks are as dark as during the storm outage in December, now that the sun has set, except for the random spots, the Highpoint library being one. I nabbed a comfy chair long before they locked the doors and I, finally getting a chance to catch up on LJ, started to understand what was going on.
Heh. I guess my unemployment is over. Plenty of work now, for a gal good with gasoline and an axe.
