I'm not going to post my answer because I disagree with it. It assumed that I thought before I clicked, or at least, that's what their answer lead me to think.

well, I've always thought of darkness as healing, and simplicity more so.

the weird thing baout this is that the pictures are actually pretty evocative of the thing they're meant to indicate (hi, btw). the peaceful green spiral is balance. the black square is being aloof.
