New client.
Architect, unmarried, recently split from LTR. He's refinancing his condo. He looks much younger than his 44 years.

I was missing Chris Walla recently... I think I've found a replacement! And it's not like I don't have hotties around me every day (you're hawt), but that there is a certain something... that as-unlikely-as-going-to-the-moon thing when there is someone who really turns my head with a first impression.

His voice is so deep and smooth, and he speaks with just a hint of a londoner accent. I have a really hard time speaking coherently when he's around.
