Is anybody writing anything for Sakura's birthday? Because I'm not sure I even have a drabble in me for posting tomorrow. My [livejournal.com profile] one_blanket is due in slightly over a week and it's not done. I don't want to spend too much of my writing time producing fanfic... .

The only good ideas I've come up with mutate into Clow fics. I know that's not really anything to complain about.

BTW, can anyone explain what the hell actually happens at the end of the 2nd movie? The magic involved doesn't make sense to me.

The only way I can get the second movie's magic to make sense is by assuming The Void is a canon Mary Sue which acts as plot device for Sakura/Syaoran.

...which isn't far away from the truth.

Like Clow would forget his most powerful card in his house's foundation, or Eriol could forget THAT.

Hmm... I should check to see if any of my fandoms have birthdays coming up. My three big ones are Mizuno Ami, Tsukino Usagi, and "pi day", which isn't exactly fandom (unless math geekery is a fandom), nor a birthday.

I'm not writing anything, either. :( All my ideas turn into Clow fics, too... and most of them go through a Watanuki fic stage in the middle. (CLAMP has too many characters with the same birthday.)

On the other hand, I'm trying to write as much as I can to get word count for April Fools, so if inspiration strikes I might come up with something.
