Korean "sushi" (Musubi) is often made with spam, eggs, and rice wrapped in seaweed. It's frighteningly popular in parts of Hawaii, having contests similar to pie-eating contests and give-aways. My mother makes dozens of them in the morning at her convenience store, and she is sold out by noon.

It's pretty good stuff, if you like spam.
