Chrysanthemums, for example. A very popular more-earth-friendly bug poison is derived from chrysanthemums. I love deadly things guised as harmless vegetation. Nightshade, digitalis, hemlock... they have such beautiful names, and often have beautiful flowers and berries. If I had a green thumb and a bit of earth, I'd have a poison garden.

{laughs} I don't know why it's called that, but it has nothing to do with psychedelics... unless one means psychedelic colored beads. It's a stitch (single thread on needle) that goes through beads, usually seed beads, to create a brick-like pattern. Kind of like crochet, but with tiny toruses of glass.
