Almost there.
Infringing on Amy Brown's copyright with this icon. Y'know, if she sold icon-sized jpeg.s, I would happily pay her for the use.
I'm exhausted from writing this thing -- really tired. I have 98% of the lyrics done. This is what I get for trying to be *clever*.
I just have to choke out this last little bit, but ohhhhh. I'll finish it today, and then let it sit til tomorrow or Wednesday, I think; hopefully by then I'll love it again and be able to give it that last bit of polish.
So how does a songfic end up being over 6 pages long, one 'n a half space? It's not that long of a song; it's just very repetative (not exactly a chorus), and the only way to keep it from just being a prose version of the lyrics (all dialog) is to build up some kind of story, with some kind of point to it.

It occurs to me that I should have used the translation of "Chi Il Bel Sogno Di Doretta" (Doretta's Beautiful Dream), since I cut the reference to it out of what I am writing. "Nadeshiko's Beautiful Dream" would have been a working thing. Shame I just thought of it a minute ago.
I'm tired from just this much. How do I think I'm going to do NaNoWriMo? I haven't even gotten to the EotD for a couple of days. Bleh.
