Update to [livejournal.com profile] chrysalisdreams. I think I'm going to start doing the [livejournal.com profile] nanowrimo 5 minute Excercise of the Day on a regular basis.

I also want to remind my [livejournal.com profile] musemuggers_2 compatriots that commentary and the Writerly count to keep you in the group; if you can't do a story for the month, 'tis okay.

Everytime I use the lj user tag, I get a little warm fuzzy for [livejournal.com profile] shiro_no_wired, who has been MIA, I've noticed. I might have to string them together to make an afgahn or something, soon.

Trying to sneak up on some other writing. Maybe if I listen to some more happy music. Except "happy", in my assorted CDs, seems to correlate with "getting a happy" {wink wink nudge nudge}, which is not the tone I'm trying for.

Edie Brickell, check.

I've heard of some of the others, but not enough to be familiar. Oooh, and I was already itchy for some new music... I'll write the list down, thanks!

Death Cab for Cutie? Modest Mouse?

Aw, that's new to me.
I really recommend "Heaven" by Moonpools and Caterpillars, "She Said" by The Longpigs (this british rock band) and "time and time again" by stretch princess.. though, I should warn you, it took me months to find. For Black Lab, you should definitely download "keep myself awake"
