I was and am perfectly clean, really! I even drank decaf! Nothing in my system but "expired" over-the-counter pain meds!

Aspirin and aspirin alternatives don't really expire, I bet. They put that date on them so that you feel that you have to buy more. Okay, well, maybe the "little, yellow, different" has gotten a little more different... or, most likely, I'm just so used to a constant, low level of pain that being on even a little bit of chemical pain killer made me giddy?

I don't drink decaf all the time. I love caffeine! Afri Cola, Jolt, I've even had caffeinated water (when that was being marketed)! But, like I told cygna_hime, the effects are primarily psychological. Do you know how often I give people decaf shots when I'm being petty-malicious? They can never tell; I never hear the potency questioned. Sometimes they even act as if they are wired. {mean laugh} Lesson here: never annoy someone who is serving you food.
