Hehehe...Funny memes.
The view from Frasier's window was fake? *shock*
Just wondering, how did the formatting manage to explode itself?

Renaissance Fair! There was a rather sad one here in July. (teensy). When I lived in New York (upstate), I went to the one in Sterling, which was very biiiiig. They're very fun to go to.

'Tis mysterious.

I think it's because I used rich text to put the users names in, and that caused that scrolling thing. Then, when I edited in the html for the quizzes, it went wacko. By the way, is there a simple way to put in LJ user names, like < lj user "so-and-so" >?

I went to my first Ren Faire ever, in Gig Harbor, last year... (silly reasons, I won't get into them unless you MUST know...) and it was great fun. Saw Heather Alexander, who fiddles. I even kind of dressed up. One of these days, I want to spend the time to do a proper costume.

Where's Gig Harbor? *clueless*

There is an easy tag you can use for LJ usernames.
you use <*lj user="username here">, but take out the *.

Gig Harbor is in WA, kind of out in the sticks. If you look at a map of WA, it's just opposite Seattle, across from the body of water (Puget Sound) that separates the main rectangularish part of WA from the Olympic Penninsula. The Fantasy Faire at Gig Harbor is on somebody's ranch... . (I don't know what they have the rest of the year -- horses?)
