I vote "both". I like the way you ended the chapter, the lingering unease over their power relations...it's a twist I'd never thought of, and it certainly works well. Unsettling, though, definitely unsettling...I felt bad for poor Yue. I've never been in his situation myself (being patently, ragingly aggressive), but you really made me feel for him here. Nicely done :)
