How not to be impatient in my interactions with autonomous living beings when I want to be interacting with fictional beings.

The fabulous roomie C had a spiral notebook she wrote in on the bus, which she then transcribed at home. She said it helped her get the ideas out, and then she could tweak while she typed it all out. Not sure if that helps, but I thought I would mention it.
