I've used Bolt on the East Coast with varying degrees of success. Three hours seems to be my cut-off for bus travel. After that, train seems like the better experience. I recently joined the Amtrak's frequent traveler club. The point accrue quickly and they send discount offer every couple of weeks (though not all apply to our region).
