Con Season

The suck thing about this time of year is that I often want to plan something to do for my birthday, but it's convention season kickoff. In Seattle, that's as bad as Christmas. I feel like planning when many of my friends are in off in the wilds of ECCC/Sakuracon/Norwescon (and SEAF, too) is such a headache. But it's not like PAX. Forget trying to do anything in August in Seattle, anyway.

Happy Belated Easter, if you celebrated! Cool, your bday is coming up! Hope you get something sorted! Conventions seem a big thing in the US.... they're not so big over here in the UK, I don't know anyone amongst my British friends who has ever been to a convention.
