It was, and I enjoyed it ad was overwhelmed by it during the hayday. I feel that it is truly moribund, because unlike DW, no one custodians the infrastructure, and the updates to its UI seem more about standardization than innovation.
Yet, still busier than DW, just from stragglers. However, 60% of my friends list crossposts from DW. So, post origination happens here, but commentary happens on LJ.
