The building people want the B&O back once the new building is ready, and they've made some design decisions based on the B&O owner's requests. The B&O owner has been noncommital when I've talked to him, though; he said they might move to Queen Anne while construction is going on, and if that happens, I'm not sure they'll want to bother moving back. And if they don't open somewhere during construction, who knows. I wish their attempt to move into the old Dilettante space hadn't failed in such a horrible way. :(
