Get out a map of the area, look for places you haven't been, and go take a walk there. Bonus -- you'll get a workout without feeling like you had to exercise. It's the opposite of using food as a treat.
Go to a library that makes me feel great and get some reading and writing done. Suzallo at UW is interesting.
More crafting, since you're very good at it and already have most of the materials.
Look through the events section and find a lecture/book reading/etc that's free.
Sit down and write out your goals including some that are easily accomplished in a few hours. Then go through and do then. You'll feel great as you accomplish crossing them off your list.
