Had a noon appointment for a haircut, with Christopher. Waited 20 minutes before another stylist called to tell me he was sick today. Mind you, I was sitting outside the locked salon. I'm pretty sure she was the dinky blonde I could see moving around inside moments before the call hit my phone.
A combination of waiting twenty minutes, not having that last hair cut (I *don't* feel interview presentable) from someone really fabulous, and not saying goodbye to Christopher is still not enough to justify the onset of tears. But there it is. Better today than on the road.
