Ah, but I should have clarified that the only reason I'm suppling the place is because I've been given only vague indications of where we should meet, so I've taken the initiative of naming somewhere specific. So the peeve is really because I've been made to provide information that the other person was supposed to have done, to begin with.
Unapolgetically late people -- grr! Especially, for me, the attitude of "I'm not *that* late!" as if being late is an endearing quirk. Being late happens, but the attitude makes all the difference.
