Who is the second place person with whom you would want to spend a "day"? Why?

My choice would be Anais Nin. I once read almost all her diaries, and because of that, I wonder if she was the way I image her to be. Would she be endearing or annoying?

Oh, I think that getting over any language differences would have to be a given. Hmm. I suspect that would be 24 hours with a lot of not-talking.

possibly, and i'd be ok with that. though there are books compiled of talks that Dogen Roshi gave. zen isn't all about "sit down and shut up" :-)
