Oscar's fur is orange?!? I didn't know that! (If that's not canon, it's brilliant.)

I'm quite fond of Oscar the Grouch, always have been. This morning I saw a patch on someone's bag of the Grinch, and it occurred to me to wonder if they were distant cousins.
