17' shark parties on the North Shore for New Year's

I like the idea of petting a shark. D'you think the shark would like it, or is petting a warm-blooded pleasure?

Not sure. I've pet a manta ray (babies in a marine world tank) and it didn't alter its course or act particularly responsive to it.

They feel like sandpaper. It's a weird feeling petting one.

I pet a manta, too! At the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I thought that it felt like suede.
