I asked Steve about it, since he'd been there before. He says they do the $ amt thing, but it comes out to less sushi than menu price. He said it's good stuff, but expect to pay 1.5x what you'd pay most everywhere else. O.O They do nigri by the piece instead of by the pair, but still at $2-$2,50.
As one who may not have a regular income in the near future, I admit I'm somewhat nervous. The company means I'm still going, even if it's a pizza kitchen in hell, but I'm nervous.
