(no subject)

I'm reading a book about vanilla (titled Vanilla) that I bought at Elliot Bay Books today because I wanted something to read while I sat in their cafe and enjoyed a latte on an overcast day. This was reward for taking care of that errand that got me up early and downtown before 8am. (I would have bought the book about honey also but I had limited resources on me.) I drafted a poem, and then got some grand (I think) news just a short while ago.

It's been a good day.
