Tell me...

[Poll #484158]

You've seen me do it: post something, usually of an emotional/intimate nature, then *poof*, it's gone in a few hours or a day. Sometimes a public post, sometimes a filtered one. When I found the Edit features, I was so very happy -- one of the things that makes me comfortable on LJ. I had a blog once where I couldn't do that.

Still, I wondered a day or so ago if it was an annoying habit of mine. Some posts don't age well; they become outdated, they have dead links or images (like quizzes). Mostly, I wonder about the emotional ones. I'm curious about your opinion, I really am.

What you say and do is what makes you, you. I like the glimpses, however brief, of what makes you tick. I can also understand wanting to change or remove a post from public view. You do what you like, Cris; it's your LJ.
