1.) Eat a meal of foods you loved when you were little, like Kraft Mac ad Cheese and apple juice and cupcakes.

2.) Take one word you dislike out of your vocabulary.

3.) Buy a CD in a genre or by an artist you would like to check out or have never listened to before.
