Taken, in a moment of kleptomania, from [livejournal.com profile] mokseph:

Make a list of 15 statements about yourself.
* 5 of the 15 statements must be LIES
* Post your list and have people guess which five are lies! UPDATE/EDIT: Lies have been marked.

I like vanilla ice cream more than chocolate ice cream.
I love to shop for clothes. Lie -- I rather hate shopping altogether.
I like to name things.
I can't stand the smell of incense. I love incense, except for the fake perfumy stuff.
My idea of fun is getting soaked to the skin in a rainstorm.
I read packaging labels.
I really like to read cryptic posts that are in-jokes that I don't understand. Lie
I am 5' 9'' tall. I'm actually around 5'3".
I have a fetish for scarves.
I'm a picky eater. Such! a lie. I probably like a lot of things that would make you say "ew".
I like snakes.
I have a tatoo of a feather.
I'm a night person.
I am a natural brunette.
I can't ride a bicycle.

It feels really uncomfortable to make false statements on this LJ, even for this purpose.

2. Click on Directions
3. Enter your Current Address and the Address of your Childhood Home (or at least the town if you don't remember the exact address)
4. Put the time and distance in a post like this.
5. Don't forget to repost these directions. (Not the door to door ones!)

Total Est. Time: 17 hours, 18 minutes
Total Est. Distance: 1135.84 miles

Around 1,130 of those miles on I5.

How far are you from home?

I do like rainstorms and snakes, and I can't ride a bike! I also hate shopping for clothes, like the smell of incense quite a bit (especially temple incense), and I am not a picky eater. {snickers more} That was fun! Thanks for guessing!

*boggle* - you can't ride a bike? But... then, what did your mom send you outside to do when you were inside complaining you were bored? :-)

I had a really hard time guessing, but I suppose I did not too badly. Okay, now you go guess me!

My mom just sent all of us outside to the back yard. We were expected to find something (non-destructive) to do, creatively. I guess it worked...

Everyone else in my family can ride. I've had 3 different people (friends) try to teach me. {shrugs} Like everything about me, I'll probably be able to do it when I decide that I need to.

{hurries off to guess at yours}
